Weddings

Weddings at The Grand Ivy are handled with expertise and care, providing a chic experience with our customizable event spaces and enthusiastic team. We are proud to host weddings for every walk of life, including culturally traditional ceremonies, LGBTQIA+ receptions, vow renewals, and more.

Private Parties

Our open concept, fully customizable event spaces make it possible for you to host the perfect party, regardless of the reason. Family reunions, birthday parties, and anniversaries are also easily accommodated at The Grand Ivy. Let us share in your celebration and help elevate the event to greater heights.

Corporate Events

Our doors are open to corporate events, where holiday parties or seminars can be designed from the ground up. Whether you’re celebrating a company milestone or celebrating a major win, The Grand Ivy can provide the event space needed to have the entire team reminiscing on the affair for the rest of the quarter!

Cultural Celebrations

We have hosted many cultural events, such as Quinceañeras, Sweet Sixteens, and Mitzvahs over the years. Every milestone is a meaningful one that should be celebrated with pizazz and enthusiasm. Our venue allows you to tailor your rented space to the finest detail, creating the perfect celebration.

Quinceañeras

The transition into womanhood should be memorable for every young lady. Celebrate quinceañeras with loved ones in our spacious venue, where she can feel like a princess on her big day. Our team can help cater to any theme or design for this important milestone.

Birthday Parties

Whether it’s a 1st birthday or the 100th, every passing year is one to be celebrated. We understand that at The Grand Ivy and take great pride in delivering a spectacular birthday experience. Have a blast with friends and family in our venue, equipped with all that you need for a great time.

Concerts

Performers both big and small deserve to be center stage! The Grand Ivy is the perfect venue for private, intimate concerts with listeners and fans who want to feel absorbed by your music. We have space for 750 attendees for you to impress.

Prom Celebrations

Create the perfect prom for your high school’s upperclassmen. Your students (and chaperones) can design the atmosphere of the dreams in our spacious salons. With access to our DJ booth and fantastic lighting, students will have an enchanting night that they will forget.

Pricing

Our rates and guest capacity vary based on event type. We offer an affordable, custom rate to provide you the best event experience you can find. Rates range per event.

We have two customizable spaces available for rent:

The Grand Ivy Point Full Space (12,000+ sq. ft.) $5,500-9,000

The Grand Room: $4,800-8,500

The Petite Room: $3,000 +

Both spaces may be rented individually or together. Seated dinners may be held for up to 450 guests, and reception-style events can accommodate up to 600.
